What a fantastic day celebrating Female Football Week 2026 at Ian Barker Fields πβ½
From U12s through to Division 1 Women, the day showcased the incredible talent, passion, and spirit of the womenβs game across our region. With all female fixtures brought together at one venue, the atmosphere throughout the day was something truly special, with players, families, volunteers, clubs, and supporters all helping make the event a huge success.
A massive thank you to St Pats FC for hosting, along with all clubs, volunteers, referees, and local businesses who contributed to the day. Your support continues to help grow and strengthen female football across the AWFA community.
Congratulations to all of our Best on Ground recipients from the day π
