The Hall of Fame Selection Panel requires as much information as you can provide about the person you are nominating. If you are unsure about some of the information requested, please note this on the form. If you do not know the information, please note “unknown”. You may nominate a person even if you do not know all the information that has been requested. The Selection Panel will also investigate information about the person nominated before the application is considered.

These questions are included to help the AWFA Selection Panel better understand the nominators. This assists in finding out which groups in the football community are not nominating people – in some cases this may be due to a lack of knowledge that the Hall of Fame nomination process exists.

Hall of fame nominations (inductees) to be submitted by July 15th each year. Successful inductee will be presented at annual senior presentation night.
