Administrative Assistant

Albury Wodonga Football Association

 

The Albury Wodonga Football Association (AWFA) administers the sport of football (soccer) in the Albury, Wodonga, and Myrtleford and Wangaratta areas. Affiliated with Football NSW and Football Federation Australia, AWFA is recognized as a progressive and successful organization.

 

Due to the growth of football in the local area the AWFA is now looking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to assist the Executive in the management of the affairs of the AWFA.

 

The position will be primarily based at the Italo Club in South Albury although some work from home may be possible. The role may be required to undertake some work outside of Albury Wodonga.

 

The successful applicant would have experience in office procedures and would be proficient with office computer packages including word processing, e-mails and excel. The ability to work un-supervised is essential as is having excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines. You will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. The work load will be seasonal although it is envisaged that the working hours will vary from 10 to 20 hours per week.

 

Remuneration will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
