Albury Wodonga Football Association is administered by a two tier system comprising Executive and Management committees.
The Executive committee is elected at the Annual General meeting by, and from, members of the association. The Executive committee is empowered to conduct the day to day operation of the association and enforce the rules, regulations and decisions of the Management committee.

The Management committee is comprised of nominated representatives of the association member clubs.
